La Germondière has 2 private fishing lakes, set within 2.5 hectares of beautiful countryside. Gite de la Prairie - A 1 bedroom gîte with a mezzanine lounge, south facing enclosed patio and garden, overlooking the nearby apple orchards. The gîte has a well equipped kitchen/dining area (seating for 4) with a mezzanine level lounge area (with a sofa-bed), a spacious double bedroom, walk in shower room and separate wc. The gîte can accommodate 2 people in the double bedroom with 2 further people utilising the sofa bed on the mezzanine lounge. The gîte has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, wok, electric grill/plancha, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and even a hairdryer is provided. Patio furniture, parasol, sunbeds and a BBQ. Electric radiators in most rooms, wood-burner for those cooler evenings, UK TV and free wifi are also provided.
