Further Information

This former farmhouse is being modernised by the owners all the time. The lounge has just been refitted with oak flooring and a wonderful wood-burning stove for those cooler evenings. The natural local stone has been exposed in one wall, and it creates a very nice focal point. The kitchen has recently been fitted, being hand-made by the owner to be sympathetic to the original style, but with modern appliances. The tiled surfaces make for easy cleaning, and the double-width cooker allows for even the most generous meals to be prepared easily. The bedrooms are comfortable, and in a very traditional Burgundy style. Bedding is provided for you, and the beds will be made fresh prior to your arrival. Outside there is a large garden, with uninterrupted views across the countryside. A wonderful place to spend an evening, and even if there is rain, you can enjoy the views from under the cover of the terrace. A barbecue is also available.
